Shipping and Delivery
Jo’ Bro-Strum Enterprise, LLC can only ship UPS ground due to paint being a hazardous material. We can only ship to the lower 48 states (if UPS can’t drive there, we can’t ship there). We also ship to some areas in Canada and Mexico but there will be additional shipping fee as well as duties and taxes (on delivery). Canada and Mexico customers will need to contact us for pricing.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
