AP8414 Vinyl Wash Self-Etch Primer & Activator

1 Gallon of AP-8415 Activator

AP8414 is a direct to metal two component self-etch filler primer. Offers excellent adhesion and corrosion protection overall ferrous and aluminum substrates. Available in gallons. Mix 1:1 with activator (AP8415).

AP-8414 Vinyl Wash Primer: AP-8414 Chromate Free Self-Etch Primer is a two part primer that chemically protects against the corrosion process. This bare metal primer is recommended for Aluminum, Galvanized Steel, and Stainless Steel. AP-8414 provides minimal film build for maximum protection.

AP-8415 Self-Etch Vinyl Wash Primer Catalyst Application:

Pot Life 24 hours at 77ºF Accelerator Do not use accelerator in this product.

Fish Eye Eliminator Do not use fish eye eliminator in this product.

Repairing & Recoating AP-8414 may be recoated with additional primers or sealers after a 30-45 minute dry at 77ºF or after a minimum 1 hour cooldown after force drying at 140ºF for 30 minutes. After 4 hours AP-8414 must be scuff sanded before recoating.
