The mix is 4 Parts Primer to 1 Part Activator 

The AP8070 is an extremely versatile High Tech two component primer surfacer/sealer that offers high build, easy sprayability, excellent corrosion protection and easy sandability. Can be used direct to bare metal and is compatible with virtually all substrates. Available in gallons and quarts. Mix 4:1 with AH8075.
